very bright light at turbo and high mode. the medium mode is enough for walking. most low flood mode 4 lumens, enough for reading.
Thanks for reviewing this. This is one innovative design with independent throw and flood LED that I can’t resist to get as my first headlamp.
And I share it together with my mum, she loves it. Only problem is she is confused with so many different levels, very often she use the wrong levels and I will tell her to set it brighter or dimmer.
Now I have a toy to indulge in and my mum has a useful tool for her to do her farming when getting dark. I wish all my other flashlights are as useful.
Thanks for the review nicko, it’s always good to have extra opinions on a light.I thought you were brave dunking it like that, not something i would have risked!
Holy thread revival! Anyway, I’ve had one for years too and keep it in my car with lithium primaries as an emergency light. Recently the battery cover broke where it attaches to the headband and I was surprised to find out that Fenix still had the part; I received it a few days later. Good experience with Fenix customer support!
