maybe, but i will wait to see what supfires reply is before i go that route.

i took a $25 chance on the SRM (Sky Ray Mystery), and that was a disappointment. $30 or right around there seemed like a safe gamble on this one, but $40 is pushing it even for me. there is limited info on supfire as it is...

is that quote in USD or yen? you might want to double check they meant USD and not some Chinese currency. if its over $40 then im for sure out. ill just buy the new product that FT offers for $37. $30 is perfect and you are right, anything over this will kill the GB

Thanks for trying to do this. I’m not surprised though on the shipping. I have bought in bulk from China many times over the years and it seems that they always shoot good prices and then stupid high shipping. $11 to ship individually is actually about the best price I have seen, most of the time they won’t even consider giving that kind of a break.

I’m a junky, I mod lights so I can sell lights so I can buy more light to mod so I can sell lights to buy more lights to mod.

But they would’ve all come in one big box probably. Less handling, less work (tracking, billing, etc.) for them. I don’t think you can directly compare that to individual shipments.

Plus, there’d be customs on top of that to get it in-country, which presumably would be on-us.

I had one the other day that I was trying to get a good deal on new panasonic batteries. They quoted me $58 shipping for a 100. and $53 for one. I don’t think they normally care for doing any kind of individual shipping at all. I actually think $11 is pretty good.

That battery box that I sent you for the e-cig mod was a deal like that. I ended up buying 500 boxes because of the shipping cost. They simply would not come down at all on shipping. I only needed a couple hundred but ended up taking all 500 because it brought the price per box down so much. It would have cost me just as much to buy 250. So now I have an extra 200 boxes or so. Need a bunch of battery boxes? Wink

I’m a junky, I mod lights so I can sell lights so I can buy more light to mod so I can sell lights to buy more lights to mod.

I don’t have an SRK or any multi-LED but my guess is this would be a good quality light, even though unconfirmed. Like you, I’ll pull the driver and don’t think hassling options makes sense.

Over $33 shipped it’s a question mark for me and others (mostly due to incoming 4 LED options in the similar form factor) as you might share with them. I’d be happy to try and combine orders with other members locally to help keep the shipping cost down, so you might see what they’d do for 3+ lights to one address when you get it close to settled. I imagine this could work well for a lot of areas to help keep the numbers up.

I really think we need to go another route at this point though.the shipping charges is a killer when just about all Chinese deales ship for free.

Do you have a well known online web store that you deal with that may be able to hanldle free shipping with minimal profit for this quantity?

We are already over 40 pieces claimed, pending final price shipped. At scout $40 shipped, I know most users will back out, including myself.

@sweety yu, the only reason we have 40+ people now is due to the $30 shipped price. If its going to be $40 shipped then we will all go but the new YL-U2 from FastTech or by a sky ray king/kung. Those options are cheaper than the $40 shipped you see posting now. Just my opinion and I know many other agree. Pretty much anything over $30 shipped and I’m out, especially asking how chinese companies ship free all the time including fasytech. Food luck with your sales and hope you see our point of view

Dear Pulsar,
If your $40 for a pcs M6 and include shipping, my boss want to promote our products, it is ok. And your quantity must be above 40pcs in total.

Waiting your reply

Thanks&Best regards Qing

It’s nice of you to join us Sweety.

Unfortunately $40 is too expensive for us if that includes shipping to individuals.
We had 40+ potential buyers when the price was $28 each, or $30 shipped, but I don’t think that’s the case with $40.

At $40 shipped 30+ of us are out, noy buying them, done with this deal and buying something else. If your boss wanted to promote your product so bad then he’d do $30 shipped to each individual person. If he doesnt then we will find someone else who will, that simple

Dear Sir or Madam,
If every of you come from the same country, I can give you $30/pcs include shipping. But you are from different country. In fact ,the shipping charge is expensive. The shipping charge is need got by Express company, not us. If your quantity are above 100pcs, $33/pcs including shipping charge,is ok.
As we all know, the international shipping charge is high , most of you must know it.because you buy many things from China.
Our flashlight M6 is a good quality,we can warranty 1 year.

Thanks&Best regards Sweety

But almost all we buy from China is either free shipping or $2 shipping. I'm not saying it is not expensive for you to ship, but I think at this point exploring other options such as a reputable online dealer from China to act as a middle man.

I had tried to make this all happen behind the scenes, but the shipping cost kills the group buy. you know best that all this time I have put in was not benifiting me any more than any other member involved in the group buy. All I was trying to do was provide as many pieces possible at the best deal possible.

Do you have any retailers that you do business with that has an online international store? Maybe you and us can make a deal with them.

If you do not have a regular retail seller, maybe we can skip the middle man here and make some deals right here on the forum in the commercial sellers forum.

In all reality, at $40 shipped, very little items will get sold, which does not benifit us or you.

Yes, we are accustomed to free shipping, as FastTech, Wallbuys, DX, FancyFlashlights, intl-outdoor, etc. doesn’t charge anything for shipping, whether we order a $0.50 part or a $400 premium light.

$40 each if they had XM-L2 U2 emitters would be a good deal. $40 for out of date emitters is not. You might get 50 people at $33 though. Ask your boss if they can do $33 each shipped for an order of 50. You might get 50 people here but not a hundred.

As for shipping retail sites often include their shipping in the price of the light. People think they are getting free shipping that way.

I’m a junky, I mod lights so I can sell lights so I can buy more light to mod so I can sell lights to buy more lights to mod.

$28.26/pcs ,this price is large wholesale price, not retail price. The shipping charge , I have no ideal. If the shipping way,all of you choose China Post ,$33/pcs include shipping charge, is ok. HK Post is expensive that China post. If your choose HK Post with the tracking nember, $38/pcs including the shipping charge is the last price. We can not less any more.

Thanks&Best regards Sweety

Yes, I think $33 shipped with China post would be good. I will update the original post with the final agreed price tomorrow. It's getting pretty late here.

Ill take one for 33$ if it includes shipping directly to my house. Just make sure content value is 30$ (or lower), and not 33$, which includes shipping cost. Otherwise I might get lots of taxes/custom fees on it.
30$ for the light and 3$ for shipping is fine by me. Smile

Edit: Im already on the list…
Hoping we will see 50 people in on this deal! Smile Or that we get the deal since we are so close.

Don’t put me down for one though. I have enough multi-emitters right now. It is a really nice looking light and the low mode would also be cool.

Can we confirm that the $33 (USD) [a] is for shipping to our individual address, and [b] the packages will be marked such that we won’t incur some high custom fees?

If so, I’ll be in.

Sweety Yu, can you do $30 with china post shipping included? It would really help to get your brand recognized if you have a lot of happy members with Supfire lights.

Wow, $33 will get tax. My country will tax me if above $167 and I am victim of it. $33 is so low, that is crazy.

cool i'll see you when you get there
