Now we're ready 4 some night-time off-road'n fun!

Update - 7/26/2013

24" 120W LED lightbar installed with pics (mouse over for before/after)

Beamshot into garage between 55W HID headlight and 120W LED lightbar (mouseover between shots)

The pictures don't do it justice as the shot was taken during the afternoon as the sun was out. The camera was trying to auto adjust the white balance. I would say the LED light bar was 3-4 time brighter than the 55W HID Xenon headlight.

Overall I'm more than pleased with the lightbar. It's really bright and it should be more than adequate for off-roading purposes. Now for some redneck off-roading fun! Yee-haw!

OMG It's finally here.

Santa, disguised as a FedEx dude dropped it off this morning. Supposidly Santa's workshop has been relocated to Shanghai, China. LOL

I'm all giddy like a lil school girl! No more f-ing around with the high / low beams. This will totally increase the night-time off-road experience.

And I got just the place to put it. Right between the bull-bars on my Pajero.

Looks great!
Please make some pictures when you test it!
Any information on the emitters used?

Dave - I'm not exactly sure what kind of LEDs it's using. It's advertised as 3 watts per LED x 40 LEDs making it 120W total. I'll have to open it up and have a closer look.

I took the recommendation from some guys on an offroad forum with this purchase. They were happy with it so I said what the hell and went with it. I know it's probably not very bright compared to some of the other more expensive ones on the market but it should be up to par for my use. Here's the ebay link if you're interested.

Obviously I'll report back about how it goes. I'm planning on taking it off-roading this weekend and put it through it's paces.

Pictures will definately be included. :)

nice car

Very cool! Perhaps I should have bought one of these for my mower!

Wow looks great!

Lol, I had nothing to do and bored, just mounted that beauty on Mitsubishi! Poor work though

That looks sharp. Heading to Regions 5 to 7B?

I believe that it uses these LEDs: http://www.edison-opto.com/01_products_detail.asp?sn=44

Thanks. I'll be taking 7B to get to Stave Lake in Mission. It'll be dual purpose. Shoot guns and off-roading.

Pure redneck fun!

Oh My. Reminds me of that Crocodile Dunde line, “That’s not a knife . . . Now that’s a knife”.

Looks like your truck is smiling when switching to after on first pic, but in a mischievous, up-to-no-good kind of way.

That’s sick!

They let Canadians shoot guns?

maybe after they apologies for shooting guns :stuck_out_tongue:

31 guns per every 100 Canadians. To put that in perspective, there are 94.3 guns per 100 Americans. I guess you guys would fare out better in an zombie apocalypse.

In case you were serious, yes they let us Canadian shoot guns. :). Fir some reason, when you asked it reminded me of an movie by John Candy, called "Canadian Bacon"

Mmmmm, bacon!
