If I’m voting purely on cost/money spent, then I will have to pass. Its a very nice P60 host that looks strong with a durable finish. But ill also need to get a dropin and even with a cheapo $10 one, it puts the cost at $33 (assuming the final price for the host is $23). For $1.40 more, I got me an awesome SFM6. I know its not a fair comparison light wise but dollar wise, we got so much more for $34.60. (M6 was a great buy bro. You started with a big bang!)
If I was specifically in the market for a P60 host, I would definitely join.

Yes the M6 pills swap and it looks nice on these. Also this host eats heat better than another host with my quads.

I got a quote on the t10 and l25 from Supbeam... they were not cheap. That and I am not sure they will want to do another group buy anytime soon
edit: and it appears it was the m3 head I was talking about in the post above... got to catch up on my solarforce models i think

I think they got little/no profit from the group buy. they may change their mind later though.
they offer free OEM service on all orders over 100pc. so, if we (BLF) can agree on a model from them, and can get 100+ pieces ordered, we can get a special BLF edition made. there are several on the site that look good to me, but do not know prices

$23 for a P1d is an incredible price. If this actually does happen, put Foy down for two. Just a few months ago these bad boys were $35 and worth every damn penny. They have come down to $30, which is still pricey for a host. A dang blue L2P is $27 on the Solarforce site!?
Seriously - I think the P1d is the highest quality P60 host available. Really hope this goes through . . .

My main reason for not being into the P1d, are no recessed switch (accidental activation can happen). Forwardy clicky, and no tailstand ability. 23$ is a nice price for the light, but with the "issues" there are just too many other nice lights/hosts out there in similar price range.
I think the main issue with SF group buy on a P60 host, is that there are so many of them, and people have different taste. Many probably own one already. When all that is said.

14$ including shipping. That would be budget friendly! :) Especially for a HAIII quality host. I would buy one! :)
