Fieldline® Tactical collection on sale at Campmor

These seem like some good deals for a Tactical backpack. They get good reviews here and elsewhere.

Shipping is a little high but it comes fast from N.J.

I had an excellent experience from them when I bought a set of boots and some hiking shoes last year. Rifle their site and look for the specials.

Walmart apparently has a few new Fieldline bags…no idea when they are actually stocked in stores though. Last year everyone got theirs but I couldn’t find a single bag at a local store. Campmor wanted more than Walmart though.

Great deal on those packs. BTW for the blade enthusiasts here check out the Boker Magnum A-Stan knife on the Campmor site and see if you can guess where it’s been seen before?

First, Campmor is fantastic, especially if you live close enough to visit in person. Even if you are just road tripping through and want to take a little break, the store isn’t too awful far down Rt. 17 from Rt. 287.

Walmart, I’ve been told, will have more of the tacticool Fieldline bags come hunting season. They are, apparently, a seasonal item. It also depends on where you live- here in NW NJ, they didn’t stock them last year, but right across the border in PA, they had plenty. Also, while I guess the sale price at Campmor is pretty good, I do remember the Alpha bag being $10 less at Walmart last fall ($19.95).

And for whatever it is worth, several people at EDCF purchased them and were pretty happy overall given the price point. Here is the thread.

So, B42, that was a pretty helpful post, don’t you think? See, I’m not always an a$$.

Yeah during the time these bags hit EDCF. I saw no signs of it being here in my area of Florida. Those may never get stocked in this area.

Mfpmax, I will post up if I see them again for $19.95 and if you, or anybody, wants one, I will pick them up and toss it in a flat rate box for ya. Probably a wash if you can get one for $29.95 with free shipping. Anyway, just a thought.

They also sell the best bandanas I’ve ever owned. Made in the USA. Overlock stitched edges instead of the less reliable folded and stitched edges. They start out a bit stiff, but get softer and softer with age. And they last just about forever. I have a couple in my collection that are almost three decades old.

Oh, I can see that eventuality on the horizon. Don’t worry, Chloe, I’ll just use my dino boz account. Silly
