I'm relatively new to the "flashlight world". I started a job where I have to visit basements, boiler rooms, attics, so it's nice to have a good and small flashlight in the bag (It's so funny to see people working with heavy flashlights (lead battery + incandescent bulb) and poor light output !
I'm living in Normandy and I enjoy visiting WWII bunkers in my free time, it's quite useful to have a bright light when your eyes are used to daylight.
So I bought an Ultrafire C3, and I'm now using a trustfire R5-A3, I'm planning to upgrade it with the strobe and xm-l mode.
I also recently bought a Jetbeam pro I v3 (Not really "budget", I admit it !) which is nice when I need a better throw.
