Shipping times from Wallbuys lately?

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone has gotten any shipments from Wallbuys lately, and, if so, how long was the shipping time (to east coast U.S.)?

I currently have 4 orders with them, with 3 of them supposedly shipped already. None of the orders have any batteries in them.

The oldest one was on 9/17, shipped on 9/22, so it’s 3 weeks for that one now. Their holiday accounts for a week, so then it’s still 2 weeks in-transit.

Unfortunately, I didn’t pay for tracking for those 3 orders, so I have no info about where they are at this point.

The 4th order was more recent, and is still “collecting”.

I emailed them today, and got a response from “Eleven”, saying I should be patient :)…

Thanks,
Jim

I have three undelivered orders. 8, 22 and 36 days and counting so far, which shipped in 1, 6, 17 days, respectively.  I also have an IOS and Tmart order at 45 and 23 days, respectively.

The low mode should be lower.

My most recent Wallbuys order got here in three weeks. In my conversation with them, they said it was because of all the package issues over batteries. All packages were backlogged due to scanning. All packages had to be scanned, from what I understand and it's backlogged due to volume versus scanning ability. The orders from other sellers are taking about as long or longer. 3+ weeks from KD, FT and IOS.

I just received a couple of Keeppower 14500 cells (nicely packaged in a 4xAA sized plastic box). Order 4th September, shipped (no tracking) the next day, 5th September. I thought I’d never see them, tbh.

Longest wait I’ve had in 18 months buying stuff from China.

My last order from Wallbuys actually arrived quite fast, but landed in the wrong country unfortunately.

My experience is not all wallbuys, but I think Last In First Out (LIFO) rule apply here (as usual), because I’ve been receiving newer orders first nowadays. I still have two orders on PP dispute, and these are the ones ordered during the start of Li-ion fiasco.

On the contrary, I’ve received a lot of newer orders within 2-3 weeks now.

Those parcels may be backlogged behind the postal warehouse, well, good luck. Smile

I also got a newer not tracked order before a tracked one…?
But not the tracked was slow, the untracked was fast took only 2 weeks.

I really wonder how these shipments are “managed” we should order 100 gps trackers and see which route they take.
All in all we see a slower shipping now, I guess it will get a bit better until it gets lots worse in December…

I have 10 orders outstanding from Wallbuys ranging back to late August.  2 Paypal disputes filed.  More to be filed soon.  I received one order a couple weeks ago.  It was one of my more recent purchases.

I also have 2 orders outstanding from Focalecig.  One has tracking.  It has been hung up in Beijing since 9/18.

EDIT: Also have various orders from different vendors that are just as old that also have not arrived.  A couple are with FT.  I'm supposed to receive one of FT orders today.  It is my most recent order that I just placed about a week or so ago.

Thanks for all the responses.

So, I guess that for the 9/22 shipment, it’s still not terrible, given the 7 days for the national holiday…

EDIT: Off-topic: I think I’m about ready to swear off ordering from Chinese vendors for awhile, not just WB. I have 2 orders with FT that are taking forever. I got tracking # for one of them, but it’s still not working. I figured if they all go like these, I’ll have a hard time tracking when it’s time for a PP dispute :(…

I just filed two disputes (only the second and third I have ever filed in 13years with Paypal) this morning for my two orders from their battery sale which was ordered 42days ago. My tracking for both is still showing:

The 8th.  It's probably benefiting from LIFO, but I'm hoping it means the shipping backlog is resolved and my other orders will arrive at the same time.

The low mode should be lower.

I imagine if you ordered something in September it is HIGHLY likely that it will have been either “lost” or extremely delayed. There’s not much they can do about a rapid and drastic change in the process.

Got a package from WB today.. Took 20 days..

My next package from them arrived in the country today... Ill get it at around 25 days..  Time will tell when more recent packages from them arrive.

This is certainly slower than usual.. But compared to several other vendors, packages from WB are ok.

I am waiting for a package from fancyflashlights, ordered 39 days ago, one from T-mart 30+ days, one from FT 30+ days. Another one from Fancyflashlights 30+ days, and two from intl outdoor who is at 30 days.. These numbers are just getting higher everyday..

Certainly a new record in slow packages...

I talked to my brother about slow packages since he order some RC stuff from time to time. He recieved two packages from a vendor only 3 days apart. But one was ordered a month before the other.

No doubt there is some serious delay on certain packages these days..

Slow…slow…slow…45 days…and counting. Sad

No one, after lighting a lamp, puts it away in a cellar nor under a basket, but on the lampstand, so that those who enter may see the light.

Ordered from WB on 9-10-2013 and still waiting. No batteries just a flashlight driver. Pay pal dispute was filed and I have till the 31st to escalate it to a claim. Between WB delay in shipping and paypals short time frame for claims I am sure a lot of claims are being filed for “non delivered items”. The postal services should be liable for some of this mess.

My second order was made 4 days ago and it is still processing at WB.

Meanwhile I also have several ebay orders from China taking longer than ever.

I placed an order with WB on the 11th and it was shipped on the 14th. It just came into IL customs so it should be here in the next couple of days hopefully. I have another order from DX that has no tracking number and I am on day 19 since it was shipped on the 9th. I would think that one would get here before the WB order, but I guess I will find out this week hopefully. I also had a FT order that came today and I placed the order on the 15th. I guess FT gets higher priority when it comes to shipping sometimes. Or maybe it was because it was a small package with some resistors, 7135 chips, and some shrink wrap. So maybe they knew their weren’t any batteries in it and sent it through quicker?

Hi,

Well, I just filed a PP dispute for two orders placed on 9/23/2013 and still not received.

What’s strange is that these 2 order were “bracketed” by two other orders I made with WB, one before 9/23 and one after 9/23, and both of those other orders have been received.

No batteries in any of the orders, just lights…

They were fast on my last order, 3 weeks. Light only. Lately I have been hesitant to order anything other than from Amazon or items stocked in the US of A.

Same here all untracked chinapost packages are still in transit. All shipped around 27th November.
All tracked parcels arrived yet. The last one last week so I guess everything is okay with just waiting a bit longer.

Just received an order from them. I’m in Calif. and it was 11 days from placing the order to receipt. Not bad at all considering my last order from cnqualitygoods took 32 days.
