A IMR battery in CR123 size.

These batteries can deliver about 3A, this is a lot of current for this battery size. The capacity is not matched (They seldom are for 16340).

Conclusion

The performance is as expected for a IMR cell. I will rate these batteries as acceptable.
The difference between the cells means that it is best to avoid using the cells in series.

Looks quite decent. These are now in my radar.. :) (at least if my battery order from China does not make it)

As usual, a complete and flat out on the table review. I’d looked at these but didn’t know if they’d work for my application. I see now they might have disappointed me. Thanks!

Edit: (Only meaning that I was looking for more amperage draw)

Looks good to me. I have a trio of 16340, 14500 and 18350 on the way from Illumination Supply.

These look like the best 16340 around. I currently use the AW IMR16340 550mah, but these seem to perform better.

I liked my Kinokos, but I think Illumination Supply might be moving away from this brand. If you like them, I wouldn't hesitate in ordering.

Kinoko may have gone out of business.

So what is the best 16340 battery currently produced for a 1A draw?
