These are way out of my price range, but I figured I would post in case someone was looking. If you order from Midway you might want to check the shipping cost because it can be high. I usually wait until I have a pretty good sized order from them before I pull the trigger to save on shipping.

I guess a good deal if you want to see how much better a $50 aluminum tube is than a $10 aluminum tube.

I've always thought the ED was a killer design. Just love the look.

"The Executive Defender has an advanced xenon lamp that produces a spot-free beam so intense it can momentarily blind an attacker."

" Light output: 60 lumens. Run time: 1-1/4 hours."

With a blinding 60 lumens and 1 1/4 hours run time for $60 bucks I am having a hard time holding back. :p

(laughing)

Probably why I only own one Surefire. And, it's funny too; I bought it some time ago (well before I was sucked into this flashlight madness) at Fry's for $89. That's a Surefire 6P LED with 120 lumens ANSI for $90 and I had to buy a new head to use any other drop-in because the stock SF head is completely different.

So, now I have a Surefire 6P with a single mode Solarforce XM-L and the whole thing only cost $130!!
