AA/14500 compatible driver than retains L, M & H on both chemistries.

I’ve tried numerous AA lights, SK-68’s in every possible incarnation (both bought and build), Foursevens, Zebralight, Fenix, XENO EO3’s, shining beam, multiple L3 L10’s, several Nitecore’s, literally dozens of lights and I have still not found one that performs how I want. I want a light that will primarily run on a 14500, 3 modes would be perfect, a low (of below ~25lm) medium (in the 70-150 range) and a high of >200 (but that’s my only requirement, the brighter the better but >200 is all I ask) also I would like them in standard L~~M~~>H. I’m thinking about modding my XENO EO3 to be what I want since apparently I can’t buy what I’m after. The thing is tho that I need the light to also run on, and retain all 3 modes on a NiMH from time to time, it doesn’t have to be the same modes, even a rather large shift is acceptable but I need the high to still make it to around the 200 mark on NiMH (but again a large increase on Li-Ion is more than cool). Is there a driver out there that will fit in the EO3 that is capable of retaining decent mode spacing on both chemistries? I know I can get a driver that will allow it to still have a nice low low and a good medium on 14500 (and be in order) but is there one that has a wide voltage input?

I’m open to other suggestions as well but I absolutely require a rear clicky (preferably forward clicky, or swappable to) and to be as small as possible for loose pocket carry. Out of all the AA lights I own the D25A would be the clear winner on form factor followed closely by the EO3 but the D25A has to low of a High on AA and looses its modes on 14500 and the EO3, while it has a great AA high it also looses its modes on 14500 and the M>L>H order just kills me.
