[CLOSED] Celebrating 3000 Posts Giveaway - ImA4Wheelr (Winner is Jerommel)

Thanks to everyone that participated.  Some of you left me kind words.  Thank you.  I really appreciate you all letting me be part of this community.

A special thanks to Bill Zeng at Lightmalls for sponsoring half the prize.  Thank you!

_________________________________________________________

I'm about to hit 3,000 posts. It's time to give something back to the community that has given me much knowledge, comradery, spending opportunities, blah, blah, blah.

To increase the prize, I’m teaming up with Lightmalls. I am contributing $30 and Lightmalls has pledged to match my $30. That means the winner will get $60 coupon to purchase the product or products of his/her choice from their website.  Lightmalls has a special place in my heart because it is the first store that I bought real flashlights.  Some of these purchases are still among my favorites, especially the TR-3T6 and UF-C12's.

 Rules are simple:

  •  BLF Member since March 31 or earlier and 50 posts (at the time of the drawing) that are not mostly to giveaways.
  • One entry per person. Subsequent multiple entries are disqualified.
  • Just tell us what product or products you would likely apply the coupon towards.  Links would be appreciated.
  • Winner will be selected sometime on April 30th, using Random.org.  If a disqualified post is selected, the next qualifying post will be the winner.
  • I'll give the winner 3 days (from the time of drawing) to claim his/her prize.  No PM notification will be issued by me. If not claimed in that period, an alternate winner will be selected.

I have a question into Lightmalls to see if there are any countries they don't ship to.  If there are any, members from those countries will not qualify.

UPDATE:  Good news.  Bill Zeng with Lightmalls' replied that they know of no country they can't ship to.  If the winner does happen to be in a country that they can't ship to, they will reward the winner $30USD.  Of course, I will too.

Pick me, pick me Smile

edit- in my enthusiasm to enter the contest, I missed a step. I don’t have a SRK yet, so that would be a strong possibility (just one option below:)

Then, if there were more available, perhaps something like this:

Thank you!

Riding for 57 years, last off was black ice in ’73.

First paid computer job was in ’75, writing an extra report for HAPAS accounts on a Wang Computer.

Maybe one of these for this summer.

Or one of these I’ve been meaning to check out.

Or maybe even one of these.

Thanks for the giveaway and congratulations on 3000 posts!

I remember a time, when I searched for lights to fit my needs. Now I search for needs to fit my lights.

Congrats and thanks for the opportunity!

I’d probably pick up a “big light”. Either the skyray king or the BST.

I’m in…gonna have to figure out my first 1000 post giveaway soon

I need to get me a couple more SRK’s for my driver builds
http://www.lightmalls.com/buy/SKY+RAY+KING

http://www.lightmalls.com/brand-new-sky-ray-king-4u2-4-cree-xm-l-u2-3-mo...

And/or maybe 7 drivers and 7 XM-L’s (even though I personally prefer the 4C color, the 1A same power for power “looks” brighter because of the coolness of the tint)

In, please.

Either a 3T6 or this and a selection of parts, leds, etc. – maybe a cheap soldering iron.

Congrats ImA4W! Thanks for the chance, I would go with one of these 8*AA offerings and pay the difference, or a bunch of cheapies depending on how the budget is.

I wouldn’t mind a shot at this.
As for what I’d buy? I don’t have a true thrower in my collection….I’d probably let you and/or lightmalls pick whatever thrower you think is the most badass in the price range! I’ve been toying with ordering a c8 or HD2010 lately.

I never really had a use for a thrower, but lately I’ve been going to the astronomy observatory on my school’s campus, and it’s on a taller building, on a taller hill, and I can see for MILES looking out from it. I’d LOVE a chance to “lightsaber” a thrower from up there!
