The Sky Ray / Fandyfire 3 x XM-Ls are $50 mark. Don't think you can do better than that.

Personally I prefer lights that can be carried in a pocket or holster rather than a suitcase....
Nice to see that Olight repalced the original OP reflectors by SMO 
In the first disign prototype they used OP reflectors.
