Well the title pretty much says it all. It’s a Standard 9xT6 with the LCK-Led Driver. It’s a beast. The driver has been potted (heat sinked) very well, but this guy still gets hot fast on high, So high is only for a minute or two at a time, it’s that High. I’m not going to guess what the lumens are on this one because it’s really going to depend on your batteries. You can’t use protected batteries with this one. It draws too many amps and will trip the protection circuit. I would use either unprotected King kongs or Sony Green 30amps. I put a longer spring in the light so it’s set up for unprotected batteries and will not do the flickering thing where the shorter batteries don’t reach quite right.
Use this light with caution. Do not leave it on high for extended times or you will kill it. The driver is supposed to have heat protection and it will kick down when it gets too hot. But that can be over-riden I strongly suggest you don’t over-ride the protection by trying to make it go back up to high. It’s a great driver and it’s a lot of fun, but it’s no fun killing a $20 driver. This light was only used for one night and only just to test and make sure everything works. It was not used at all before modding. It’s a new light with a brand new driver. It’s in 100% mint condition.
