No, it looks like the Ultrafire U-80 which I have...without the HA.
Very tough light, my copy survived a throw by me (nearly max strength, try with a stone of about 100g and try throwing it as hard as you can). The richochet even dented concrete on the wall, so you can imagine the energy. Enough energy to shatter the glass and damage the reflector as the bezel was struck, I don't think a drop from 3-4 storeys high is that far off. The pill inside seems all filled up with something, no empty space.
I got the replacement reflector from Manafont and glass lens from DX
