Need some quick TK45 measurements please.

Got a major TK45 based project (much more than an emitter/driver swap) and the host TK45 is inbound from Canada but I need a few measurements now if possible for some of the design and stuff. Can anyone help?

I need the lens measurements, the overall bezel measurements (diameter and height) and the diameter of the batt contact plate (also need the internal size of the driver compartment but that one's a little harder to figure).

Thanks in advance for any of this info you can provide!

Do you want me to send you my TK45? Where are you based?

While that’s an awesome offer I think the one I have will be here sooner than yours could make it lol. It’s coming from Ontario Canada to Ohio US.

Could you possible take a few quick measurements for me?

Ok, will try to snap some pics tonight

Ooh, is it what I think it is? H)

I apologize for the quality of pictures, I took them in a hurry.

Some older and nicer pictures that may be of help:

Wow man great pic’s, very helpful. Thanks.
Could I get one more please, can you measure the height of the narrower part of the body where the switches are? Just measure from where it gets wider at the battery tube to where it gets wider at the head (so only the skinny part).

Thanks again!

Not sure, a few people have heard about it but I’m keeping it under wraps till its done, its going to be a tool for law enforcement, not just a toy. Maybe you do know (its not a laser, but it will do the job of another device that is a laser)

It’s got some proprietary parts that were very hard to produce and a very special driver and FW so I’m not sure just how much detail I want to share about the build. Most of the lights I build and sell for money I just make enough to pay for them and a little extra to put right back into the hobby, if this goes as planned its going to be something I market to police departments and actually make a profit on so I gotta keep it hush hush. I’m demoing it for a Columbus Police Sgt and the main armorer August 1st so we’ll see how it goes. All I can say now is its NOT a flashlight…

I hope this is helpful. And I hope it’s not going to be a thing to cause harm (I’d hate to have helped).

No it’s no type of weapon, it’s more of a traffic control device, there’s not really a similiar piece of equipment on the market to compare it to. For the meeting with the LEO’s I’m actually going to be working with them at a DUI checkpoint demoing how it works.

Thanks again for the pic’s
