Thunder AC680 com port glitch

When the power for the hobby charger is cycled or the usb cable is re plugged into the computer, it may choose a different com port than before and install itself as a mouse. Two symptoms. The real mouse will move sporadically and have unintended clicks, and the logging software won't connect.

Go to "Devices and Printers". Check the properties for the glitchy com port. Check the properties of the mouse and disable it.

It has been disabled below, and now the mouse works normally and logging is possible again.
