The Basen test and this test have very similiar capacities at 3A. I still am not seeing these cells as BD…

Hello, has it been confirmed what cell this is? Given the massive performance delta between these cells and the verified NCR18650BD ( http://budgetlightforum.com/node/38266 ), it can safely be assumed that these keeppowers are not NCR18650BD, correct?

Not necessarily. “Unprotected” vs. “Protected”…

The difference may be due to the “protection”.

To compare… Panasonic NCR18650B ‘unprotected’ vs. Panasonic NCR18650B ‘protected’ by Intl-outdoor

“Protection” is a great parasite. One more reason to avoid them at all costs.

If anything can go wrong, it will.
Matter will be damaged in direct proportion to its value.
