WTB: Anyone has or knows where to get a XP-G2 R5 1B tint led...Getting 2B!

Trying to locate one, let me know if you have any, the tint is similar to what EagleTac and Sunwayman use on their cool white LEDs. 1A on noctigons look too pinkish to me, I need blueish white tint.

Try S2 2B on noctigon, i know they never had 1A on noctigon, so how accurate is that LED being 1A since it's origin is probably FT? Generally if you want blue light you get 1A, or 1D slightly pinkinsh, so i would not be surprized if that LED is 1D labeled at the original seller.

I know going off-topic is practically mandatory here, but how the hell is this in any way even remotely related to anything in this thread?

Thanks for the replies guys, I already have 1C, 1D, 1A, 2B (but not the noctigons), 3C tints but they are not exactly the tint I want, they are vanilla, redish, pinkish, yellowish but not blueish so the only one left to try is 1B.

I have never seen a listing, even a dubious one, for a XPG2 in 1B. You sure they make them?

OP have you considered dedoming a 1A to try to make the tint you want? What about an HCRI option?

I had some old XM-L 1B tint, it was greener than 1C, I do not think it has any way how to produce a blue tint when dedomed.

I wasn’t planning on dedoming, just use as is, I have this XM-L2 led that I just love the tint and want to get it in XP-G2 size, I’ll see if I can put a picture up to show the aproximate tint I am looking for in XP-G2 size

The known-2B isn't driven hard enough there to make a meaningful comparison. At the same level as the mystery spot I suspect they would look a lot more similar.

That's a ~5 amp 2B vs. a wimpy 3xAAA Mag XL50 2B. LEDs from the same piece of tape.

Got my 2B tint S2 XP-G2 from RMM and I like it a lot! Looks pretty much like the tint I wanted. I ordered 2 and also compared with the one I had and even if all are 2B’s there is still tint differences among them, so I just picked the one with the best tint to my eyes and installed that one. Very happy camper here! 8)

I don't know what the difference is, but XPG2s seem to have a lot less 'stray' colors in them than XML2s. There's some XML2s that are just downright ugly.
