Weird day today, needed something both soothing and uplifting at once.

Hmm, no title came through. Selected works from Armin van Buuren, as performed by the Noord Nederlands Orkest.

Pretty good.
We saw Armin and Tiesto (different gigs) a few years ago in Brisbane.
Tiring nights, but fun watching shufflers with their unique pants.

Dread Zepplin – Heartbreak Hotel

If you haven’t heard Dread Zepplin, it is Led Zepplin with a Reggae sound and Elvis vocals.
They’re great!

Best regards,

Matthew

Shufflers? Really? They still do that? Thought that was from back in the ’90s…

If you like the genre, seek out Kabbage1977 on the yootoob. Always has a great selection, and most times background pix to match. Impressive.

To the voices in my head…!!! Oops

Poor Dreamer (Pobre Soñador)

Artist: El Tri
Song: Pobre Soñador
Translations: English #1, #2
English translation
Poor Dreamer

Versions: #1#2
Not always things are as they should be
Not always you can be right
You make me feel like a baseball game
You strike me out or make me hit a home-run.

You are like a dream
And I’m just a poor dreamer
You are like a dream
And from this dream I’d never want to wake up,
Therefore,

Never, my eyes would I want to re-open,
Dreaming
That is how I would like to live
Traveling,
Traveling at night in the dark
You are my escape from reality.

You are like a dream
And I’m just a poor dreamer
You are like a dream
And from this dream I’d never want to wake up,
I don’t want to,

You are like a dream
And I’m just a poor dreamer
You are like a dream
And from this dream I’d never want to wake up,
Therefore,

I’d never,
I’d never want to stop dreaming,
So what if the world stops rolling?
Who cares?
With you, I’m thinking to escape from reality,
And never,
I’d never want to go back
No way,
NEVER!!
