My last order ran over 45 days in transit to the US, which resulted in my automatic PP dispute to protect myself. I think it arrived at about day 50. Sorry, I dont recall the carrier (i accepted the default), only the frustration of poor shipping performance. Its good to see you here trying to resolve this issue, because your company now has a bad reputation for its long delivery times.

On average, how long does it take to collect and ship an order from the time it is created by the customer?

Once the order is shipped, what is the average time in transit to delivery?

Good luck and we hope you can resolve these problems before you lose more customers.

Hi FlashPilot,

Thank you for your suggestion, I’ll also gather these infos which you mentioned, and we will try to improve both our shipping time and delivery time.
Sorry for your experience and we’re trying to improve as you adviced, thank you alot Sad

This is your problem, you have told me roughly 10 times that under blah blah blah doesnt have a tracking number. I get it. However you keep asking me for my tracking number in orddrr to help. IT IS VERY CLEAR THAT I DONT HAVE ONE, ive said this many times. Not sure if you are having a hard time with the language difference, you have multiple people using that account or are just repeating yourself like a parrot. Either way it doesnt make your company seem like they know what they are doing.

Also yes i know you have DhL but its ridiculously priced. Oirc its like $40 and no one will use that. If you dont have a reliable shipping method then you will lose all yoir customers. Might want to contact DHL and set up better pricing or you can kiss your customers good bye. We are all sick of horrible foreign shipping and moving towards paying more money tp get stuff in the courtry which we live in.

Hi strongest2004,

Thanks for your advice Smile Mostly our system match the order by their location except some special situation as NLPost doesn’t allow to ship batteries, we’ll trying to improve this issues and thanks a lot !!

GearBest

Hi.
Can you clarify your meaning of shipped? Does this mean the goods are physically in the hands of the postal service and all necessary documents and fees already provided and paid? Or it means thepostal office was just provided info of a parcel for pickup but the actual goods are still with you?

Thanks

Hi strongest2004,

“Shipped” means the products be packed and be truly passed to the postal office, all necessary documents and fees already provided and paid, and the postal office certainly received the package. We’ve never made the fake shipping and will never make the fake shipping. For some feedbacks about not long before some of our users can’t get the tracking infos for about 1 week time after we shipped, we have communicated with the postal office and their reply was that time there are some bugs in their system so a part of the users couldn’t check after shipped. We were sure that all the packs shipped during that time have been received by postal office, it was said because of the bugs of their system the packs during that time have overstocked in the postal office.
Sorry for the issue and we’ll promise that we never made a fake and will never make a fake shipping, thank you for your question and supporting.

To Germany Belgium post or Netherlands post is fastest.

you have to mention that in Germany the customs are very strict (and slow) Wink

I had never problems with customs(I get hundreds of packages from Asia every year), that depends on where you are.
They also just need some days for their work and if I have to pay tax I just need to send the Paypal invoice per email to them and will get it 3 days later with the normal postman…
The only thing I wonder are the stickers with productsafety marked…?
———

My experience with parcels is from gearbest, different vendors have different results, bpost was the fastest(10 days) untracked mail I ever had and it was through GB, Even tracked post takes normally 3-4weeks minimum. HK from GB was or is slow.

I have not ordered with NLpost from GB but I do order from banggood with it all the time because it is the fastest cheap option.

Gearbest if you could use AuPost for shipping to Australia, I will be very impressed. Only 12 days transit.

My EA41 arrived quickly. Light arrived in perfect condition.

10 business days from order to front door is very quick compared to other experiences I have had with Chinese suppliers.

Free shipping was included in purchase price via POSTNL with Online Tracking.

Thank you for the exceptional delivery service GearBest.

... Happy Landings ...

Hi Dru_dragon,

Thanks for your suggestion, indeed our site has already have AuPost to be chosen, but this manner is not included in free shipping, for AuPost you may need to pay the shipment fees.
All thanks for your kindness!

Netherland Post was the quickest for me, around 2 weeks on 2 different orders of XinTD X3 lights.

It’s my first time to order with you and it hasn’t been the best experience. I ordered the brass C8 pill along with HKJ’s recommended power bank . I didn’t realise that you guys had split my order and I have received my C8 in about 14 days of you shipping it. I was never informed of the order being shipped at different times. Now, the tracking number provided simply does not work. The power bank has not arrived and I am afraid that it won’t come here in time as I am flying out on Friday.

My order arrived in just under a month last week. It was a brass C8 pill. Perfect fit in my Convoy.

Edit- the wire holes are off center, but they are also off in the original alu pill.

I just registered to comment on how horrible gearbest’s chipping to the USA is. I ordered around 5 weeks ago, took 2 weeks to “ship.”

No way have they shipped my package. 15-45 days? Is that a joke. What sort of carrier takes 45 days to get somewhere besides the fucking Pony Express? Are they delivering my package on foot or something.

This company is a joke.

I finally gave up on your shipping and filed a Paypal dispute. That was a while ago, I think we’re at almost the 2 month mark now.

How it can take 2 months to get to Hong Kong is beyond me. Or why you charged me $5 to ship the replacement with tracking when you usually charge $2 for tracking.

How can you call a complaining customer “dear”? Just shows how insensitive CSgearbest is to their customer’s complaints. Regardless if this was a single person’s honest mistake or GB’s standard reply template, it does not come across right.

Uruguay too. With tracking NL and Swiss. NL a month or less, CH about 40 days.

Five orders, two were canceled by Gearbest.

Takes too long entering usernames into their generic apologie responses. I won’t be dealing with this company again.

order was placed on 09/12/2014 and it is STILL in processing stage. They still claim that the item is in stock even though they did NOT ship my item yet.

After I asked them to upgrade the shipping method to compensate for the delay caused from their side, they are asking me to pay $11 extra to ship with DHL.

As of writing this, 14 days after order is placed and GearBest still did not ship the item.

I’ve placed many orders through gearbest and they have all arrived relatively promptly (10-30 days). They are easily one of my preferred sellers from Asia.

I am glad I came across this thread. I ordered an Yezl Y-3 light from GearBest on 8/21/14, and it shipped 8/23 by Hong Kong Post. I received it OK (box a little crushed but no damage) three weeks ago.

I ordered 2 Y-3 extension tubes the next day on 8/22, and it shipped by Sing Post on 8/26. I have still not received the tubes and now am starting to get worried.

I hope this experience helps your company. Do you think this extension tube order is lost after over 30 days? That is too long to USA. I will PM you.

The lighter the brighter the better.
