thats a bummer. this was the first time they used swiss post. last 2 transaction they used singpost. im a bit disappointed coz it took 16 days to be processed. dont know if its gb or couriers fault.

What’s the fastest cheap/free shipping method to California? My NL post order a while back took 4 weeks if I remember right, and I’m still waiting for a SG post one at just over 2 weeks.

Everything here takes four to six weeks from China. I don’t give my orders a second thought until after the first month goes by.
I guess it all depends on whether or not Canada Post shot a moose or caught any fish to feed their dog team.

I always pay for the other methods (pick which ever one of the 2 is cheapest), but I wait and make orders big enough to justify it. Free shipping singpost to Illinois took 2.5 weeks to reach me. It was a promo thing on the S2+ so wasnt a planned order. Express is usually $5-12 and they use DHL or some “Eco friendly” company (I forget the name) and DHL is 3-4 days to me, the other one is 5-7. This is AFTER gearbest ships it which varies since some stuff the ppl that do the site forget to post it as preorder, so can take a week or 2 before they get it in sotck to ship out. Theres some bug where standard and express shipping prices get crossed, but the non DHL one is only a few days more and a little more than half the price.

Beyond that, half the problem is the postal service for free shipping. Seems they are doing away with post NL (thank god) but in the states USPS ive watched bounce a package around for a week and a half. Came in via chicago (1.5-2hrs from me) then sent to east coast, to wisconsin then over to the hub that comes to me. Threw a fit over that and next one went straight from chicago to a closer smaller sorting facility and straight to me lol.

Why gearbest doesnt use Chinapost.?
especially Chinapost from guangzhou is quite.I will pay more if i can select chinapost.
sweden or nl post are so slow

They dont use? Wow, especialy for me they use it now 24/7….and its slow as hell, before with either NL or SG post things came for 2-3 weeks tops, now with CN post ….like 2 months…i am quite unhappy about that fact

Dont joke with the CN post pls, its always been hella slow

oh..from china to america seems be so slow with china post
It took one days to resister on website and dispatched to my country in two days.( it will be arrived soon) There many local CN posts. guangzhou post is the best of them and the most expensive.
on the other hand, hangzhou post is slow and cheap
I just want more shipping option for Asian country.

To my destination (which is Samara, the Russian Federation):

The Swiss Post is the best choice for me.
HK Post—sometimes fast, usually 3 weeks of waiting.
The China Post air mail is very fast, especially on summer.
China Post’s surface mail is terrible!
SG Post is usually slow here.

I ordered a OPUS BC-T 3100 V2.2 battery charger on 07 May 2015, there was no email that it was sent, so I opened a help ticket, they gave me the information (PM me for the order number) and assured it was shipped 09 May 2015. I have not yet received the charger, but have received other orders after this. The Help Ticket people have not responded for several days now when I message them. Can you help me with this?

I’ve given up on GearBest… last order just sat there “processing” for a month, order before that cancelled with store credit option (had to specifically ask for Paypal refund). A waste of time dealing with these people.

Can someone check this out for me!
2 weeks ago I bought xtar VC4 charger (paid $27.22 then Flat Stare ) + 2 of this micro chargers in total $35.20
Should that order be shipped with tracking or without it?
And when I try to download the invoice for that order.. you guessed it “Failed to download please try again later

also had one order from April 2 that disappeared somewhere, god knows where, opened a ticket and got same reply as nofearek9:

Well I have to wait until next week before it is “officially” late, then I may have to pay the 50% more to resend… Not happy with GearBest right now… I understand the staff responding here is trying their best, but the policies they have to follow are what I am not happy with…

The biggest problem if you ask me is your processing time. At the moment I have 3 orders that are processing for days (W1506160547557514, WP1506231823016928, W1506260807173907) and that makes me mad !! I know that you dont
have items directly in your storage,but neither the others. For example I have ordered a EagleEye A6 flashlight from Banggood, 10 days ago,they shipped it next day with CN post register,and today it is on Belgrade airport, for those who dont know Belgrade is my
home town and capital of Serbia. So 10 days shipping its very very possible.. I also know you’re relatively new to the market, but supposed to pay more attention to loyal customers. For last six month I have spent more then 500 $ on your site and for me that is a LOT !!!! Overall my experience is not so bad, but the whole process should be at least twice faster…. and for sending goods to Serbia you should chose HK , NL , or CN post -yes China post ,I know other members dont like it but in my case its one of the fastest,after HK post.
Hope you will do better in future 8)

Same here, but I am still in on the GB, who knows when it will go… But it should be nice…

My A6 has a hidden strobe mode, to access it just double tap the switch (two quick taps, not full presses) and it will go to a turbo strobe. One quick tap and you go back to the mode you were in. I do not like blinky modes, but I am coming around to this strobe for its nice and easy access. Let us know how you like yours, mine seems well built.

I’ve received my order 11 days later, I was surprised!
But I ordered a red Convoy S2+, the description stated XM-L2 and I got a XM-L and not even properly centered.
I opened a ticket 4 days ago but still no answer (ok there is weekend so I count 2 days).

WTH is problem with you GearBest?
Today a third order ($36) that should have shipping code was shipped without it, that is not cool Flat Stare

When I made the order (6-23-2015) “Tracking Number + $0.00” was selected and grayed out (so I could not “disengage” this option in any way) this means that the tracking number is automatically included + I paid for insurance .
Invoice for this order is also unavailable and it’s failing to download every time I try to do so.
45 working days, if it’s not in my hands by then I will ask PayPal “what to do”… Flat Stare
