I just ran across this due to a advert included with an order from Battery Junction. This is a 350 Lumens flashlight that includes a magnetic base for mounting it in many areas as well as a 14.5” flex neck that the light head can be attached to for directing light where wanted. Lowest mode of 25 Lumens and highest of 350 claimed. A total of five output levels with no strobe or SOS. No beam photos but hopefully all flood for this type of use. With the 350 Lumens output it is a much brighter version of the XTAR UL1 USB light with a similar flex cable goose neck point anywhere capability . It works though with the included two AA flashlight rather than a USB power source.
From the photos it appears that the head is unscrewed from the flashlight, the goose neck extension is screwed on to the light body and then the head is screwed on to the other end of the goose neck. IMO an interesting and useful looking idea.
