It seems to have been around for going on 9 years or more and is about the only 8 bay NiMH charger I have run across that does C and D size batteries, and quickly. Any links to tests or personal experiences with the charger would be appreciated. Per the technical info it has separate charging circuitry for each bay and charges at up to 2 amps per bay. The major limitation seems to be that it does not provide separate setting capabilities for each bay. No info found on BLF and little recent on CPF.
For someone with lots of NiMH battery use, including larger sizes, it looks like a pretty good investment unless it is a total POS charger.
