I have made a purchase off them and it reached me in 5 days. Although the shipping was fast, there was some slight issue with the light mainly the spring tension and off centred LED. I emailed them regarding the issue and they promptly replied me and also offered to send another replacement to me without additional cost or anything. Got the replacement in another 5 days, so i think they are pretty efficient.
Just email them again and ask for an update. Singpost might not have updated the status of the package yet, they are not reliable on their tracking system. And i’m from singapore btw, thats why shipping only took 5 days.
