Awesome Ganzo knife. Might be made by Sanrenmu because its very similar, the pocket clip is definitely made by them. A front flipper version would be excellent.
I edc at work a well worn and loved Benchmade Nimravus with a heavily modified ASP Triad CR, away from work I cary my Emisar D4 and a Coast Crew Chief fixed blade. Ive really come to love some Coast knives for daily use, I’ll daresay quality and materials is up there with Kershaw. My Coast Crew Chief feels as good as many more expensive bushcrafters in my hand, Nice thick spine, full tang and sturdy handles. The sheath leaves something to be desired though. Used to carry nothing but benchmades on and off work but outsode of work I have to buy my own and I cant keep up the costs as hard as I am on knives. I dont have any picture hosting whatevers so I couldnt add pictures.

Lurking flashaholic, Ive bought all my flashlights through lurking here, BLF A6, Sofirn C8F, Soforn Q8, Emisar D4, and a few not so budget lights but I mod them all the same! Been waiting for the FW3A to come out for years now.......
Thanks for the heads-up on this knife Yesterday I was looking at them at AliExpress, but without any info was a blind shot! This way, I may save some €€ to get this soon (one of is versions)

Thanks for the info on that. I saw that the other day and was wondering about it. Think I will pick one up. I have a FH11 so I think I will grab one of those as well. Thanks again.
You’re welcome! I’m sure you will be surprised how light weight the FH12 is.
At the moment you can buy all of the latest D2 Ganzo folders (FH11, FH12, FH13, FH21 and FH31) for $3 less. I’ve just linked the coupon in my review.

That could be an explanation of the superb fit & finish of these new Ganzo folders.

Do you have any clue if the FH13 will be as good as this FH12 you’ve shown? I would prefer a “black” knife (to match the 2 Sanremus I have), but I’d like an opinion if I decide to get one of these FH’s!

I suppose they’re the same I just prefer the look of the regular stone washed version.

I may give it a try, since I’ve been looking for a flipper and I like these knives overall shape and the positive points you’ve mentioned about it!
Thanks again!!
The fh11 anf fh12 is good but the real kwaiken for me from sanrenmu is the 1161. The fh11/fh12 has a too much rounded tip for being a kwaiken knife, the 1161 is a real kwaiken.
I am going to do a video talking about kwikens soon.
The SRM 1161 is also nice but it’s a bit too butt heavy for my taste. It weights almost a full ounce more than the FH12 (137 g vs. 111 g) so I tend to grab the FH12 for EDC.
Mini Enlan EW148 flipper is in the pocket along with the FH12 today:
Typically I carry 2 knives regularly. My choices for EDC are my small A.G. Russell which is carried every day, and then I’ll add either my Spyderco Delica or my Kershaw Leek depending on my mood. All are solid knives with good steel.
Spyderco Delica – SS scales & VG10 steel
A.G. Russell – bone scales & ATS-34 steel
Kershaw Leek – carbon fiber scales & CPM154 steel
Thank you Man Without Shadow. Amazon is where I got it. They were $10 off one day when I stumbled upon it. That was the only reason I picked it up. It’s super small and easy to carry in the pocket. The pocket clip on it is a monstrous little thing. Clamps down on your pocket something fierce and doesn’t want to let go. Hard to unclip from your pocket. Rides really nice in the pocket. No locking system at all on it. Just a couple of indents for a ss ball to rest in. So user beware of that.
Received this morning my Sanrenmu 9165 with aluminum handle. Great large blade and very light (85 grammes). The optional locking mechanism is original and you can lock it closed.
My only complain is the thumb-stud that is hard to use and not comfortable, two hands opening is far better. I will remove it.
I asked them for a lightweight gentleman large non-locking knife and its good that they are listening to the customers.
The holes in the handle really help with the grip and the shape of the handle is comfortable. Its surprising good for aluminum, I’m only afraid of getting scratches on it.
The one hand opening is also getting easier with break in and learning to place the thumb on a special angle.

Did you get the GITD back spacer for it? It’s pretty cool looking.

How do you like the alu handle? Is it grippy enough?
isti
The holes in the handle really help with the grip and the shape of the handle is comfortable. Its surprising good for aluminum, I’m only afraid of getting scratches on it.
The one hand opening is also getting easier with break in and learning to place the thumb on a special angle.
I might order the plain Jane G10 version and drill the holes using my CF version as template for maximum grip.

would have been perfect with a liner lock or back lock..

^^ But this way it’s unique and perfectly legal in nanny states.

I like the look of that one. Spyderco’s designs are a bit strange but they seem to make it work. It’s a big knife, isn’t it?
Yes, it’s a big fellow with 4.14” (105 mm) blade and 9.17” (233 mm) overal length.
isti
It’s not a Spyderco design. It’s designed by Nati of Black Snow Customs.
