i would say scam…. most of the users positive feed back is from cheap junk which could have been sold to build a false high feedback rating.

definitely scam

I had few experiences with such sellers. not with flashlights. most of them have even 100% positive feed back but sold cheap items. its a trick.
I heard that: one scammer buy items from another scammer and he mark it as paid, then positive fb… no physical sales.

100% scam... anytime you see lots of reviews for products under a $1 stay away from it.
