Hi all I have put a MM and am getting not volage with the power on on other chargers I'm getting 4.19v. When I place batteries in the the light goes from green to red.
I do not think it's charging how do I test it before I throw it away?
If I remember right, HKJ puts a piece of aluminum foil between the battery terminals (one on the + and another on the -), then he can hook his meter to the aluminum foil to measure voltage.
Thanks ohaya I will try that but I have dismantled the charger. What I need to know is what internal parts I need to test.
I works now but it's charing my batteries to 4.24v otp 4.22v off the charger. Before it was 4.18 to 4.2v, there was 2 cold solder connection which I repaired.
Is this to high? I know there is +- 1% difference.
