Yes, you can charge 18350 with both chargers. You should not use 1A or more.

SP2 wall adapter is 12V 2A, can charge 2x18650 @ 2A each.

My VP1 came with a 12V 1A adapter and it charges both channel @1A each. These chargers have great efficiency.

You can use the SP2 adapter with any other Xtar 2-bay charger.
