I want to use Luxeon Led 3030 2D in my project, my friend told me that Philips LED Bulb (12.5W E27 220-240V 1055 lumen) uses 3030 2D led. I bought this Led bulb but found some differences as compare to Data sheet (DS207)

1-Voltage Issue
Data sheet shows that it is 6volt LED
Whereas voltage measured at Led PCB Input terminals =65V (as 21 Leds in the Bulb 65/21=3.09V)
2-Current Issue
Data sheet shows that it is 240mA Led (Page # 04 of DS207)
Whereas Current measured on Led PCB Input terminals is 150mA.
Kindly help me and let me know if I am wrong anywhere.
Does anyone which Manufacturer makes this LED (just this one)?
