I know that r-isales has a good reputation here but he sent me 2 pana 3400’s that were fully charged. When I asked him about it he told me they were a customer return and he decided to use them to test out a charger. Since they were advertised as New sending me returned stock is not appropriate, and neither is using them to test a charger before sending them to me.
Yeah i just ordered some laptop pulls from 18sixfifty, now I’m just looking for 2 or 4 protected cells to use in my 2x18650 lights. Dx soul has a good deal on the 2600 protected sanyos, I assume they’re legit?
Virtually all my high end 18650 protected batteries are now from Mountain Electronics or Illumination Supply (Illumn.com). I gave up on Battery Junction when I discovered how bad UltraFire batteries are. Any seller who offers them is a POS in my book.
NiMH C and D batteries are from All-Battery.com which is a subsidiary of Tenergy and in Fremont, CA. MiMH AA and AAA are from Amazon and are Eneloops or Amazon Basics from Japan. I have also bought Panasonic CR123 batteries from BG Micro and laptop pulls from multiple sources recommended here.
6000 mAh lol. ; ) Out of convenience, I just buy the 2600 mAh L-ion rechargeable Tenergy. 18650’s at Frys Electronics. Sometimes they are $7.99, sometimes they are $10. I WOULD buy these Ultrafires below…………………………… and resell them to my co-workers for $5 a pop. They who don’t know anything about flashlights other than how to turn them on and point them at things.
I hope that you are joking about the UltraFire batteries. UltraFires are too unpredictable being very commonly counterfeited and even the genuine article batteries are crappy per tests. Recently BG Micro offered some “UltraFire” 26650s listed as 6000 mAh. I suggested they get them tested and it turned out actual capacity was less than 100 mAh as tested by another BLF member the owner of BG Micro knew. Total garbage. So far as I am concerned any dealer who offers UltraFire batteries for sale is a crook or too ignorant to do business with.
