XTAR is just releasing this battery and is playing it against a Sony VTC4. I have not yet studied Li-Ion batteries very well yet but perhaps one or more of our battery hounds can look at the main product page and see if it looks promising. XTAR is making a few claims about this battery. (The link above for the Sonys are actually for the Sony VTC5 since I believe the VTC4 has not been reviewed on the forum.)
