Gearbest "Simple Package" or "Full Set", what do they mean?

I am thinking about ordering this charger:

Just above the Add to Cart button you can select “Simple Package” or “Full Set” and depending on the option selected the price is also different. I may be dense here but I could not find any info in their FAQ what the two package options mean?? Does anyone know?

Because if the Simple Package is “ok” then I might be ordering these three products together in a discounted offer:

See “notes” just above “specifications”,the only difference is the car 12v plug.
