order item from china still doesn’t show up in my post office in allentown pa what can i do dose it take long
Yo have some options
1 don’t buy from China
2 pay the (expensive but fast)courier services
3 go to China and take it yourself
If it was shipped the 8th, you’re lucky it already got into the US
that options won’t work now called usps they told me it will take 7 days and its traveling but new york to Allentown pa is 2hrs away

Shipping from China may be extremely frustrating. I’m afraid there’s nothing you can do, but wait. I Wouldn’t expect to receive more help from usps than the one you already received. For future orders take into account that important thing can not be ordered from there, just find a trusted local (or at least in the same country) seller, or if they are expensive, have in mind these problems happen buying overseas (you know “quality, good service, fast; take two”
The Garden City facility is most likely the big sorting facility. Strange though it hasn't arrived at the local PO.
The next tracking update you'll see I reckon will be an ARRIVAL AT UNIT. Something along the lines like this
i called usps they told me it i will take 7-10 days since is traveling but strange new york is only 2 hrs aways and i should of seen an update on tracking but no and it has been3 days it left garden city New york
It will stay in a sorting facility a few days before it goes to you. One time my item stuck in NYC sorting for 21 days. But you should definitely have more patience. One item I ordered on Jan 2 has just got to netherland postal service (the carrier). The other one I ordered in early Dec has not appeared either.
i understand but it left garden city NY and i see no updates where my packages is only on jan 13 2015 only
usps is not good 7to 10 days seriosuly i only live 2hrs away
Christ you’re whiney. You should obviously just start your own competing parcel delivery company offering express delivery from China. That, or you know, be patient like the rest of us. /thread

Don’t forget that we are at the weekend and that we got another made up federal holiday Monday.
probably my package is at a facility and they forgot to scan it maybe usps is right 7-10 days hope i get an update on usps tracking
Alex, I live in A-town (not many of us here!) too but it's no different here than anywhere else in the US. Frankly if your stuff shipped on the 8th I'm shocked it's even hit Garden City yet. Hang tight. It usually takes a few days to leave there but once it does it has to go through one or two other stops. You should see it sometime next week. Hell, I've had stuff stuck at the NYCS facility for over 3 weeks int he past.
You should figure on 10 days minimum until you get it once it's shipped. It can take as long as 14-21 under most circumstances. It's the price you pay for paying a small price.
