1.5v Li-ion AA's???

Just seen this:
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/KENTLI-4pcs-1-5v-2400mWh-Li-ion-lithium-rechargeable-AA-battery-USB-charger-/271605476579

Anyone know what they are? I know there are 16340’s with a circuit on them to drop them to 3.0v output for CR123a replacement.

Are these similar?

Although the mAh claim seems high.

Lots of info on the listing, but not sure on it’s validity.

A saga of Kentli Lithium-Ion 1.5 volt AA rechargeable cells.

Kentli LiIon AA batterys

Wow, didn’t think I would see those 1.5V li-on AA cells.

We use Buck Boost Drivers in our 1xAA or 2AA type of builds with amperage in and over 2Amps. So, how do these cells behave under loads and would they be dedicated for my computer mouse or can actually be useful to our community.

bigC

they rate their cells not by MAH, as almost everyone else, but in MWH. cell phones batteries use mwh to rate capacity.

mah and mwh are not the same thing.

2800mwh\1,5v=1866 mah.

Good spot, thanks.

Wonder how their runtime compares to say a 2000mAh Eneloop?

Yep. http://www.unbatteries.com/

… need exclusive charger.

2400mwa if i’m not mistaken

I was talking with a rep at unbatteries.com. They stated that they don’t advise this battery for AAA flashlights. They said they don’t have a run time any longer than regular batteries.

hm, “unbatteries.com” is blocked by my ISP because it’s reported as either phishing, or hosting malware.
Anyone else have any problem with that?
