nitecore mt21a problem?

hi is it something wrong with my nitecore mt21a? the seller told me that is normal. this is what happen
it appear to look like a bug when i first turn on the flashlight it will work. but then when i loosen the head of the flashlight it will turn into other mode but when you turn it off while it other mode after awhile when you try to turn it on again it wont turn on. this wont happen if i tighten the head of the flashlight everytime i turn it off. if i forgot to tighten it then this problem will happen

Defect, should switch on in both modes.
I can check I have somewhere the samelight laying in its original packaging…
Just checked, of course I can switch it also on in low mode and I can change the modes with half presses also after switching it on with loose head.
Does yours only switch on one time with loose head or just if you make this special sequence.

you the nitecore mt21a also? mine only happen if i did not tighten the head when i switch it off then after awhile maybe for around a minute or so then light will not turn on again

I have a Nitecore MT21A that does not do what yours does. I agree with Werner ” You have a defective flashlight” :frowning:

thanks!! now i know the seller is bullshitting me. he told me that all of his mt21a did this

Maybe all the seller’s MT21A’s are bad. Or it is BS. :frowning:

i have already email nitecore about this issue and see what will they say. but anyhow the seller agree to replace one for me
