I guess it's official, my favorite convoy s4 that has been my EDC the last month is MIA. It's been 3 days, usually I would have recovered it by now had it been misplaced. I remember comming across the catwalk the day it went missing, dropping down onto a barge, hearing a loud thunk and a plop, which is reminiscent of a flashlight hitting the deck and falling in the river. I've lost enough of them over the years. It was dark and cold so at the time I was in a hurry to get where I was going, no time to stop and take inventory of personal items.
Anyway that's #1 for me this year, I'm sure there will be many more to follow. I need to stop using pocket clips again, was nice while it lasted!
I’m missing a dqg tiny ss aaa twisty for 2 weeks now, that darn thing is so small, just slightly biger than an aaa battery.
Lost but found, had it at work. On the pic with it’s bigger clicky brother

I lost my Nitecore P12 just last March 4. I lost it along with the holster which was attached to my pants which I left on a bench while playing badminton. It was my very first 18650 powered light and only 3 months old. I am assuming I lost it instead of it being stolen. 
lost it somewhere. sometime. somehow. shows you how much i loved it. i just remember taking it out a few weeks ago, used it once and then poof…into thin air. don’t remember hearing it drop. didn’t notice it missing until i did the laundry and realized i didn’t have it. i also made the mistake of showing my little one what i was doing with some led upgrades. i don’t know how he did it but the host is fubar’ed.

Lost my Lumintop Tool (XP-G2 version) weeks ago, somewhere… I hope it’s in the house and to eventually find it. It was my pants pocket EDC and have been without a light in my pocket since then, for the first time after years, but I don’t want to switch back to 1xAA lights (too bulky). Damn I miss having a little light at hand! Maybe going to indulge in buying a replacement 1xAAA light… J)
Lost some cheap zoomie, not upset about the light, but I did have my panasonic 3400 in there. I lent it out for a night climb up the gothics and after the trip never saw it. I also lent out my other four lights that trip, but those all came safely back. (My group was quite thankful for my flashlight collection)
