Thoughts
The light came in and the 50watt buld was bad so I installed a sylvania osram 24v 250w bi-pin
The quality of the product was very good and this product did not disappoint either.
The anodizing on this light is very well done. The
The light is MAG light heavy and then you add the batteries, it becomes almost like a clubbed weapon.
The only other light i have of this size is my highly modified Yezl Y3 by CK and this light is far brighter at 9000LM
The halogen that came with the light was not functional at all.

User Interface

There is only one mode “Sunlight Bright” 100%

Flashlight teardown

Pro’s * Solid build quality
Cons * Heavy(to be expected)

Conclusion

I really enjoy this light and was amazed by the output.
I would compare this light to the wicked lasers torch but on steroids.
This light lit up my whole back yard.
I would give this light a 4.5 out of 5 stars

P.S. Yes i was able to start a fire with it. I will get beam shots up as soon as it is a little nicer outside.

NEW night shot, the light is no thrower, more of a flood
Control, no light

Light on 250w

I been wanting this for camping to start fires. Would love to see that in action. Thanks

I will try to get a vidwo up tomorrow evening.

Added small video of the light starting a fire

Thanks for the review. Unfortunately the video is private.

Sorry should be public now.

Wow. Starts fast

Was that puddy stuff fire starter stuff to speed things up

Nope, it was a plain paper napkin.

So the current through switch is 10-12A

I have not tested but, I would put it at 10-11A with the 250 watt bulb in.

Out of curiosity, do you have a link a replaceable bulb like the one you put in it?

Yea, they are cheap

Approx how many lumens and kcd?d

I am not sure on the kcd but the lumens are around 8500-9000 with the 250 watt 24v bulb

Wow very cheap bulbs. Any 300-500 bi pin 24V bulbs?

the highest 24v will go(that i have found) is 300 watts, but it is not osram bulb

Do you have the link for such bulb?

Thank you,
bigC

Awesome. I thought they’d be more like $20.

Keep a close eye on the reflector. There is the risk of it possibly discoloring from all that heat the bulb kicks out.

Here you are sir.

Yea, I have been, if I am using it, I will have my 50w bulb installed.
