Needed: Single cell flashlight, built in charger

So my friend took my Imalent DD2R to work and his coworkers loved the thing. A few really liked the touch screen, most just really liked the brightness since they're used to Maglites and the like. Anyway, several guys indicated they wanted to buy one of these crazy lights and I'm not up to date on lights with built in chargers. I would love some flashlight suggestions.

All information I recieved was secondary, but through some questions I was able to compile this small list of desired features:

Single cell ~18650 sized (tube type light or around the DD2R's size)

Built in charger

Bright! ~1000 lumen area

Simple UI (Hidden blinkies are okay as long as they are not easy to accidentally access)

Versatility in battery options is great but not a necessity

$100 or less Preferrably.

I say Convoy BD03 with a good protected Panasonic. Comes in way under budget.

I can’t seem to find a review on a BD03. My concerns with it are charging reliability, UI, and output.

Regarding lights with “in situ” charging like mag-charger and the more recent imports, do they short out if the charge contacts become submerged in water?

on the cheap side:

Manker Rambler for 32 USD ?

You should check out Nitecore MH10 or MH12 or maybe the Olight S30R
