The ultrafires and smallsun are similar in design, MRV is a different beast.

I want to no which would be the brightest and best.

Neither of the Ultrafires is going to come close to their claimed output - you need to drive the LED at 2.8A to get the claimed brightness. This one will be brighter than both of them. And significantly cheaper. It does need some attention to heat management though. The Smallsun one needs to tell you stuff like current to the emitter and what sort of emitter it is.

Again the MRV - whose size I don't believe - is hard to figure out - no idea of current to the LED though at least they tell us it is an MC-E - a claim of only 430lm makes me wonder - it is about half of what others claim.
