What 18650 came with my Rambler?

This might be futile, but it can’t hurt to ask.
Just received my Manker Rambler from dx and love it. It also came with a purple 18650 battery. On the outside it says “Manker INR 18650 2600mAh 3.7V”

While 2600mAh is at least a reasonable claim (unlike an outrageous 5000mAh or something), I still want to know what I got.
I removed the outer-most wrapper to reveal the following “INR18650K HL WT 3F30”.
As you can see, it appears to be protected.
Does this text mean anything?

I only have a NiteCode D2 charger and a DMM, so I’m not very well equipped with appropriate hardware to measure its true mAh.
I’ll entertain any suggestions to find out more about this battery.

Thanks!

Look very similar to some I found inside a new aftermarket laptop battery pack, obviously with out the protection circuit.
If you have a quality 18650 battery, compare the weight to the one in your picture, you’ll find it much lighter than a quality 18650
Will probably be around 1000 mah if your lucky
I never used my ones as I have plenty decent of batteries.
Guess you could use then if you want, but I’d probably be inclined to just buy a single branded quality battery, you’ll get far more mah out of it than both the manker ones put together ( not literally ) and you’ll know it’s a safe quality battery
