Depending on your luck, it might be either 1.5A regulated as claimed and 400-500lum or unregulated DD which is close to 800+ or so. Both have their advantages.
Someone else here also got same looking one which is regulated so if you definitively want that you can wait to see if they see this.
That kind of output isn't all that special though. A lot of the newer lights come with the same cree xm-l emitter, and you can just get a body style you like to wrap around it.
Your second link has an extraneous space at the end which causes it to fail. Kind of hard to tell what's in it. You can get a cree emitter headlamp for dozen dollars or so on ebay, or a princeton tec headlamp knockoff for even less.

What I didn't mention there is the fact that the light is power regulated (current raising as battery voltage drops), albeit with only 1.4A on Hi. Three months later, it's still my regular walks light and thus the most used.
