18650 Discharger/Balancer Follow-Up

I’ve been using my RCX 3 in 1 Lithium 18650 discharger a lot lately. I can report it works great and is a very handy tool to have. I can now safely discharge and balance (equalize battery voltages) in my 18650 cells with no worries. I set the discharger to discharge my cells down to 3.8vdc which is the storage voltage. I also use it to equalize the voltages of the cells before I charge them. I really like being able to discharge cells down to their Cut Off Voltage then charge them to see how much capacity in mAh they have. Darn handy!!

Mine is set up as per these two threads:

Here are pics of the connections I made to the FAR Circuits board as per the diagram shown in the previous thread. The circuit board made this really easy and neat. Now to find a suitable enclosure for it.
Diagram: Note that the buttons shown on the batteries is the POSITIVE + connection!!

I use this same set up with my second FAR Circuits board for using my Hobby Charger for Balance charging.

Caution- The bulbs are Halogen so clean them with alcohol if you handle them or they may burn up. They get hot as well so be careful. They pulse on and off as needed so don’t be alarmed if they go out for a while.
