Got my Opus BT-C3400 (BT-C3100) V2.2 Charger in today

I received my charger along with some Soshine batteries that I wanted to test. I will discharge test them in my V2.2 and my V2.1 to see if there are any differences. #1 improvement is a 90 degree power plug in!

Looking forward to the results…

As far I know there are no differences the way the charger treats the batteries.
The only changes are with the backlit function that can be turned on and off and that it shows the discharge capacity instead of the charging in the discharge/refresh mode.

Thats it.

Oh yeah the American plug is also a 90degree one in version 2.1

I have just received mine from GB’s group buy. I am a new user to this charger and is a little confused over how to use it to test the capacity of the batteries. Should I be using Test or should I do a Charge followed by a Discharge? Which method will retain the mAh readings after I leave it unattended and come back later to check?

Thanks in advance for any advice to using this charger.

Both will give toy the discharge capacity but with the test function at the end you will have a charged battery while with the charge and then discharge the battery will be empty and you will need to charge it.

Thanks!

I also go mine, and first impresions are VERY good: its the Alfa and the Omega of the chargers folks, i have I2,D2, VP2,VP4(had) and like 5 another ones, this one is the real thing, lets hope it will be reliable too( time till tell)

Always on panel light is a very nice add over 2.1 and the fan works quietly ( compared to 2.1)
