yes they say it in transit to my place but china post tracking online says something eles and i ordered on march 30 2015 did they send my package back to china

If you don’t have it within a day or 2 of the dispute window closing, open a dispute. You can cancel it later if you get the item but it buys you more time.

Good luck with USPS, I’ve been having a lot of issues recently with them. Items taking 4 days to get to me from 60 miles away.

Yep…that is about all you can do at this point…and take any tracking info from China with a grain of salt.

Chicago USPS is one of the USPS black holes. Sometimes it sucks things up. My Warsun sat there for almost ten days. I think it got registered to vote there and filled out a few absentee ballots before it was sent on it’s way. :wink:

Lightcastle sent me a light to review and it took 3 days to get from China to New York. It then took 12 days to get to Michigan.

You don’t want me to get started on the trained monkeys in a USPS hub in Pontiac (outside of Detroit). Those trained monkeys lost a flashlight down their black hole and it exited into another universe.

If you can wait a few more days it will likely arrive but don’t let the dispute window pass. If you don’t get your item before dispute window passes then do open a dispute. There is a good chance your item is just delayed but the USPS can and does lose items.

A dispute buys extra time for the item to arrive, you can be close the dispute before a refund is issued.

As they above have said, wait, but DO NOT wait past your dispute window despite promises or other actions of the parties. Do not cancel the dispute until you are playing with an operational item.
