I have a couple of B6 clones, but am not sure about selecting LiPo or Lion. At the moment i just have tried with Lion, but the charger stops when voltage is 4.1v. My NCR18650PF are rated to 3.6v nominal and 4,2v max, so should I choose Lipo instead Lion?

Yup, use LiPo mode for 4.2V rated batteries.

I use Li-ion mode when I only want to charge cells to 4.1V.
