This is something that I just realized. I have been trying to track my Sweden post mail (e.g REXXXXXXXXXSE) on 17track.net for weeks but I received no valid tracking results since.
However, I managed to track my parcels on postnord.se instead. To my surprise, both my parcels are currently being process in my country right now.
It’s very unfortunate that there’s some tech-related problems with Postnord back end system and 17TRACK service connection. Postnord including Sweden/Denmark post has renewed their database with high demand limitations. Thus, we are not getting any tracking results from their database for any incoming mail to Sweden and Denmark currently. Part of Postnord outgoing mail can be tracked via 17TRACK normally. We are trying to negotiate with them regarding to resolve this problem.
At the meanwhile, please track your shipment through official website OF POSTNORD or try 17TRACK beta version.
