I’m amazed at the number of people who bought this… and even more amazed how the seller manages to keep such a high rating by selling mostly crap, probably they are really 9800mAh? Will order some and test them Wink

Kind of goes to show how valuable and accurate eBay feedback is. A lot of other shopping sites, like Amazon, aren’t a whole lot better for some subjects.

Wow, a must have! They might use the new LiMnCuAgAuPbZnCO2 chemistry, imbalanced battery indeed

Why do all of these Great Deal links get posted after I have already wasted my retirement check on higher priced, lesser cells, like LG and Samsung, and the like?

Here’s to hoping that they don’t sell them all before my next payday!

Just buy 10 and hook them up in parallel. You may just get 9800mAh then.

What a deal (NOT).

To many flashlights, too many batteries. Wife is going to kill me Smile

I’m a little bit worried for a friend/co-worker, since he bought such batteries… When I receive my protected sanyos from the gb sale I’ll try to sell a couple of them to him

Maybe we here at BLF with analyzing chargers should start to buy up these kind of cells just to prove that they are fake & give them bad feedback.

If a lot of us would do that they would lose there ebay store.

It’s good with the extra run time because otherwise the super high powerful several thousand lumen lights from the same or similar seller would drain the cells too quickly!

I’ve actually seen people buy cells like this, and reason like the above. They are completely oblivious to the fact that they are running a 150 lumens light on 500mAh cells.

That’s actually a good idea! But, are there enough people here on BLF that have analyzing chargers AND a few extra bucks floating around to buy known bad cells AND the inclination to do what you’re talking about to put someone out of business?

I have lost confidence in TinyDeal after receiving this deal via email.

Not as bad as the Ebay batteries, but total BS.

I would hope so, but i would also assume because you where the only one to respond to the idea that maybe no Sad

I have just ordered a opus less than a week ago, but yes i personally would have no moral issues with removing some scammer sellers from ebay. But the tricky thing is, one guy can’t do it because i you start buying lots and lots of items and and start to opening a lot of disputes, your ebay & paypal account could get in trouble, because they will just assume you are the scammer who only want free items from the sellers at ebay.

So that is why there have to be lots of people doing it but individually slowly, mixing in some scammer cells knowingly from scammer sellers who are endangering thousands by there shoddy products unimpeded. While mixing in the buys with your normal ebay buys to not arise suspicion. But still slowly eating away at the scammer with bad feedback ratings and well proven disputes.

That’s a lot of work just to protect some unknowing buyer. There will always be scammers. Take one down, another two show up, with a new account and a bunch of others to give positive feedback.

If one is going to invest time and energy in making the world a better place I think there are better things to do than take on a battle with these people.

many who dont know any better.
every vape, flashlight,rc,ect forum should have a bright, bold warning about these dangerous junk batteries.even include it in any welcome email.
the buy, test, neg approach wont work as these sellers are high volume and the negs get buried fast.
