So I got my nitecore tm16 in today and wanted to give a review of bang good. I placed the order on Oct 25, the shipping was “air parcel register”, I received an email with a tracking number on the 27 and it made it to the US on 11\4, I live in Pennsylvania. The package was received on 11/9 in great condition. Not a very long wait considering. I’m definitely happy with the transaction and will do business with them again.
I do want to mention also I purchased batteries for the flashlight the next that I ordored the flashlight, after waiting a week the status ,” processing ” on the order page never changed, I emailed them and got a response the next day saying the batteries were out of stock, I was a little disappointed that it didn’t say out of stock anywhere that I could see on the page, I submitted for a refund since I didn’t want to wait until it was in stock. Soon after I received an email saying it could take up to 2 weeks for the refund to show up on my account, it however showed up the next day. Dispite my disappointment of it being unknowingly out of stock I was satisfied that there were no issues with the refund and the time it took to give me the refund. I hope my future transactions with them go as smoothly.
I’ve about 10 orders from Banggood and 15 from Gearbest this past 6 months and I’m 100% happy with all the transactions with Banggood, while can’t say the same with Gearbest.
Will have no problem recommending Banggood to all my friends for their online purchases.
BangGood has great customer service, I always feel confident ordering from them. Things can go wrong with any online retailer, but BG customer service always works to make it right.
I ordered 5 of the MECO sk68 style lights with “CREE Q5” emitters. I got them quickly enough, problem was they didn’t have CREE emitters but rather the crappy Lattice Bright. When I pointed that out, they apologized and gave me 60 cents credit for each light. They have since removed CREE from their description and lowered the price on their site by 80 cents for each light. LOL
If you have a replacement emitter to swap in, this light does have the 1 mode boost driver for AA compatibility. MECO light for $2.69
I’m still trying to get over how the additional $1.28 got me the BLF A6 from China to the southeast coast of the USA in 6 working days. This was my first China to USA transaction and I’m very satisfied. Great service from Banggood, immediate communication and tracking. Eliminated my apprehensions of overseas shopping, at least at Banggood. :bigsmile:
my tracked order from banggood actually arrived in less than 15 days ( would be shorter if we have better customs ) . my untracked order though is about to reach 45 days no show. Will have to paypal that one
Haven't thought of that actually, just want paypal to refund me and pay banggood back when the item arrives. ( would use the refunded money to buy more banggood stuff, evil laughs)
