Looking for recommendations for 18650’s. Where & what would you buy? I don’t really need high amps or mah.
One of my cheap 18650’s wentry from about 3.28 V to 4.11 volts in 36 minutes, (quality usb power source says 850 ma) might be time to replace some of these.
