Does the LD20 fit into a Quark AA2 holster (can someone pls check for me)

Hi - I have a Fenix LD20 and dont really like the holster it comes with.

So Im thinking of ordering the QuarkAAsquared holster its only $10..but my question is will the LD20 fit well in it?

Can someone with both lights please check...?

i don't have a LD20 or that same holster. i can only guess that they would fit okay based on their respective dimensions. i have a smaller version of the holster and the quality is good but not great. i use it for a Xeno E03.

what's wrong with the holster that came with the LD20? in the pictures i've seen, it doesn't look that different from the 4sevens holster.

Hi - Basically the LD20 holster is kind of cheap. And its a very tight fit...worst though is that the clip prevents it from going all the way down so you have to shove it down and that twists the head each time.

Its just a difficult to use poorly planned out holster. If it had elastic on the side (like the one in your link), or a thinner nylon on one side the clip could just slide right down.

Anyway thanks for the link Im going to order the $1.44 one like you suggested.

A mini maglite holster would probably fit the bill. Just about every outdoors store carries them, they cost $5 and it would be easy to test out.
